Organizations should encourage an exchange between users who 1) are full of ideas, 2) are thinking outside the box, and 3) have knowledge with those who are willing to acquire knowledge. Using a “laddering” concept, participants are prompted to support and build upon the contributions of one another with an emerging self-regulated process.
