Think outside of your working environment when you are considering a name of a product or service

The name NanoNotion for my companies new offering to surface and magnify nuggets of ideas and knowledge came to mind when I glanced at my wife’s work area filled with small items called sewing notions used to create clothing. This is interesting for me as I have been involved in naming dozens of products during my career and this was the first time I did’nt do so from the perspective of being at my office desk or in a team discussion.
